We’re Aimee & Bruno, a husband-and-wife duo from Sydney with a passion for cooking, hosting, and creating beautiful food. Garlic confit started as a simple homemade indulgence—something we slow-roasted for dinner parties, spooned over everything, and gifted in jars to friends who always asked for more.
So we turned it into something bigger.
Confire is about bringing that same warmth to your kitchen. Every jar is handcrafted with Australian garlic, steeped in olive oil, and made without preservatives—just real flavour, preserved with care.
